HR reached out via email a week after the submission. This was followed by a 30-minute Teams meeting with HR, and then a 1-hour panel meeting with the Assessment Manager and another interviewer from the team. They asked a significant number of behavioral questions. Surprised they didn't ask any technical questions. HR followed up promptly, notifying me of the unsuccessful outcome three days after the interview.
