I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Skillify (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2014
Interview
I did an online interview via Skype, and then met with the CEO in person. We spoke about the culture of the company and my personal history. I was then given an example of a presentation I would do with the company to learn and prepare for the following step of the interview. It was all very professional, and done in a way that makes sure that teachers/facilitators anyone interacting with students is properly vetted before taking the position.
