I applied through other source. I interviewed at Skilljar in Dec 2020
Interview
The process started with a phone interview followed by interviewing with other engineering leaders and team to be managed. I found the latter to be a bit strange. I was not offered a job. I asked for feedback and was told they don't give feedback to candidates.

Interview
Full interview process for a leadership position: - Recruiter call screen (compensation discussed and approved on both sides) - Initial leadership screen (VP) - Second recruiter meeting - Second leadership meeting (Director) - Third leadership meeting (Manager) - Founder meeting - Partial team meeting 1 - Fourth leadership meeting (VP) - HR meeting - Partial team meeting 2 - Third recruiter call - Move forward decision via email - References provided - "Decided to pursue a different approach" email After the above listed calls over 8+ hours of interviews through three weeks, a "we want to move forward" discussion and references provided, I was contacted via email to say the company would be going with a different approach. The initial compensation that was discussed on the first call was never budgeted or available, and the compensation that was available was significantly less than discussed. Please be aware of the large time investment for positions at this company that may not have budget available, which will likely not result in an acceptable offer.
