Skillz People Operations Manager interview questions

Long and lengthy process. Almost 3 months from initial application to rejection. I spend almost 40 hours prepping for the interview, interviewing, and completing the case study. I under the purpose of a case study, but to literally have someone present on a real business problem is basically getting free consulting advice. They re-posted the position. Looks like they are still continuing to seek additional consulting advice.
