1. Screening interview via phone with the hiring manager, very nice and were quick to follow up. 2. Video call interview with the Lead Designer, she was lovely, and we had a great interview, it felt more like a conversation. The 3rd stage would've been to do a design task and then present it, but when I followed up with an email they said they had decided to hire internally.
