      I interviewed at Skipio

      Interview

Skipio hosted an internal job fair for various roles. Everybody in attendance was granted a sit-down interview. After 3 weeks I was told I passed the interview and was sent a coding challenge. I completed the coding challenge and 3 weeks later I was sent a rejection email. At the hiring event one of the managers walked directly up to the group of people I was chatting with and immediately introduced himself to the only woman in the circle. I followed up with her afterwards and she said that manager made sure to conduct her interview whereas the vast majority of us were interviewed by normal employees. She said she was told they were going to interview her for a full-time position and not the 90 day internship we were all applying for. She told me they hadn't asked her any technical questions before letting her know they were considering her for a full-time position.
