The first interview was a simple call with the CTO. The company is very small ( about 25 people ). If that one goes well then you go to a technical interview where they have you install software from a tutorial. There is a second part which is a coding exercise. Lastly they have you meet the rest of the team. For me the second interview there was an error that the interviewer mentioned they had not seen before, so the interview turned into a debugging session. The solutions online did not work so the interview turned into an hour of attempting fixes that did not work. The software had open issues for the error encountered from back in May ( 6 months prior ) with no real fixes.
