Skopes interview questions

Very Disorganised and a complete time waste! First initial interview with the Manager was good and i was told I was told i would hear back the following week and I did, this is when the process went down hill, I was told a senior management would call me to arrange a second interview. It took 3 weeks for anyone to contact me and a further week before the second interview, after the interview i was told a decision would made and i will be informed the following week. 2 weeks past without any response, I enquired at the recruiting store 4 times over a further 3 weeks. I still haven't heard from the company.
