So many Steps! Sent application, personality assessment, received On Demand Video Interview, virtual face to face interview. Use the S.T.A.R. format, and smile a lot! Communication was pretty timely (not a lot of waiting), which was nice since so many airlines take quite awhile, the process moved pretty quickly. Just wish it didn't require personal references before one gets an offer and not so many steps.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
