I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Skycatch (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Talked to 2 directors in round 1. They shot IMs to each other for the next person to ask the question.
They asked how current company deals with deadlines.
Terrible interview, terrible company. I wouldn’t apply here, interview here or work with these guys ever. If you’re an outside vendor close the contract and move on. Look at other reviews to validate my stance
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Skycatch (San Francisco, CA) in July 2015
Interview
I applied online and got a response to have an initial phone screening with the recruiter. She asked those standard, but boring questions plus two questions that I found very odd. Overall I didn't think the questions had any values in terms of understanding if the candidate is the right one or not. The interview lasted for 10 minutes. At that point we both knew pretty well that we would never talk to each other again.

Question 1
Here are the two questions that I found useless:
1. Are you a detail oriented person or a big picture person?
2. What was the biggest think you've achieved in your life outside work?
