1. Meet Hiring Manager + Mini System Design 2. Technical Screen 1 hr: Linear Algebra + Quantitative Coding 3. Onsite (Presentation, Behavior, Coding, Design Rounds) The presentation felt like a bit unnecessary since it wasn’t a research role, and they even changed the job description the day before the interview. It seemed like the team wasn’t exactly sure what kind of engineer or team they needed to solve their business problems.
