Interview process was first a phone screen then interview in person. This experience was not great. As someone who is a HR professional and experienced in conducting interviews, this interview was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. They had 4 people in interview and one of the individuals was there just“for fun”. It was back to back questions, lots of scenario questions, with little to no conversation in between. It felt like an interrogation. It made me uncomfortable and hard for me to be able to give my full potential. I left with an uneasy feeling.

Interview went smooth, commun property management questions asked like experience and willingness to work on call. some other questions like willingness to relocate and there was a starting point of explaining what the company is about and the expectations for the role. over all friendly
