After submitting my resume, I got a phone call from the HR department to schedule the first interview. The first interview was a meeting with a manager. He explained the background of the company and plans for the future. He also explained a little more about the management training program and culture. He told me that they would be calling candidates later to schedule the 2nd interview if necessary.
