Interview
Applied online, Received e-mail invite to attend in person interview. 1 on 1. Basic behavioural questions, go through resume. Then is a group activity, interact with others and engage in conversation. Quick one minute speech on random topic given to you, describe yourself using a piece of safety equipment. Interview panel was friendly and supportive environment. If successful, receive an Invitation to training.

Interview
I applied online on indeed , a month later I got an email to schedule a phone interview, which was brief , few questions which you answer yes or no and two questions in French.
After I was asked to come in for a face to face group interview. At the f2f interview, i registered and provided the documents that were asked for and then sat in a room with the other applicants.
After I met with two ladies who were doing the interviews, they were very warm, friendly and made me feel like part of the team.
