was going fine until the CEO came in and interrupted the interview with others that had just started. He rambled about nonsense for 45 minutes, didn't ask a single question and then I left.

Lies the whole interview trying to sell you on the opportunity. He will promise you upward mobility and consistency. None of which he can deliver. Reach out to someone who used to work here before accepting and see for yourself.
