The initial phase took place in an online setting, specifically on Microsoft Teams, where the interview encompassed discussions about my work experience and educational background as outlined in my CV. Moving on to the second stage, I had an in-person meeting with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and HR representative. This phase, unlike the first, was conducted face-to-face. It began with a brief Excel assignment centered around financial statements. Subsequently, I was questioned about my responses, with the focus being more on understanding my approach to arriving at the answers rather than solely assessing their correctness. This emphasis on process over correctness was particularly significant given my relatively limited experience in this area. Both the CFO and HR were amazing and I was thrilled to be offered the position and soon after work with them!
