I submitted my resume through Penn State's career network, I was contacted via email, and a Skype interview with the director of HR was arranged. The next interview will be with both the director of sales and HR. After that a training session. Our conversation revolved around the goals of Skyyelink. I controlled the interview by asking a lot of questions in trying to understand the company. Base rate salary 40,000 plus commission.
