Interview
Interviewing process was efficient, transparent, and positive. The recruiting team was professional and communicative throughout the process, and they also accommodated my in-person interview schedule since I was traveling from out-of-town. My interview experience: 1st phone screen with a recruiter, three in-person interviews, and two final phone conversations. I really enjoyed speaking to my interviewers about Slalom's work and culture; people were enthusiastic about the company and excited to be involved in the company's work and growth.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
