I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Aug 2018
Interview
I can't say enough good things about Slalom Boston's recruiting team, who guided me through the entire process with aplomb. The interview process was well structured, consisting of the typical phone screens and in-person interviews. Here's the process broken down into each touch point:
Phone Screen 1 - Initial call with the recruiter
Phone Screen 2 - Call with a member of the practice being interviewed for; I liked that we were given the option of doing this phase as another phone call or in-person over coffee.
In-Person 1 - Met two more members of the practice as well as the Practice Area Lead; This in-person interview was a combination technical and personality assessment.
In-Person 2 - Met the GM and MD (technology)
Overall, the process went smoothly and Slalom really took the time to be transparent at all phases of the interview process. The only suggestion I have would be to condense the in-person interviews into one day. It's quite the commitment to devote multiple days to interviewing one company, especially when you're gainfully employed.
Thank you for taking some time to share a review of your experience interviewing with Slalom. We appreciate the constructive feedback and have shared it back with the team. We're grateful for your time and commitment to the process and are so happy it landed you at Slalom in the end - congrats!
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
