I applied through other source. I interviewed at Slalom in Sept 2020
Interview
Met (virtually during COVID) with approx 13 cross-functional Slalom members in a number of roles and levels. The interview was less-structured that some past interviews I have participated in (for example where each interviewee is interviewing/scoring on set criteria) which I viewed as more of a positive allowing for more natural conversation to better assess skills. Because of this I too was able to evaluate the firm to determine its fit with my style and professional goals.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most commonly repeated question was re my knowledge and familiarity with alliance partners (eg Salesforce, Google).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Austin, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interviews were very relaxed and conversational. I met with the recruiter, the Austin general manager, a GM from another market, the local business developer, regional GM, and one of the company founders. The process took several weeks, and some of the interviews were in person and other by phone. There is a huge focus on cultural fit, personal energy and enthusiasm, and passion for the kind of work Slalom does.
