Applied directly through the Slalom website, and was contacted shortly thereafter by a member of the Slalom recruiting team. She was courteous and extremely friendly, and left me with a great first impression of the company. I went through ~4 rounds of various interviews, each step along the way reinforcing my first impressions - friendly people, terrific culture, and a great place for the next step in my career!
