Met with Talent Acquisition Manager first, then did a phone screen with an interviewer, then went onto interviews with practice leads, then leadership. Questions tested my skills, validated my resume, then a case study.

Most of the questions were behavioral -based questions and ones that related to Slalom's core values.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
