I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in June 2019
Interview
I received a message from a Slalom Recruiter to solicit my interest in Slalom. From there, I had a phone screen, case interview with 2 consultants, and three 1:1 interview conversations. I had an open line of communication and high level of transparency with the Recruiter throughout the interview process. I appreciated that the interviews were straightforward, allowed me to apply my skills, and helped me understand what it would be like to work on a project at Slalom.

Question 1
How have you developed relationships with individuals in the past to build trust?
For the first round of interviews for an internship position, it was heavily behavioral and experience-based. I was asked about past work experience, projects, accomplishments, and "tell me about a time when..." scenarios. Also questions about why I wanted to work at the company. Very straight-forward.

Question 1
What got me interested in organizational effectiveness?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
Referred to recruiter by current employee. First had an informational call with my recruiter, which was a pretty standard phone screen! Then I had a 45-ish minute long Teams meeting with the recruiter, followed by another Teams meeting with a Principle, and finally a Teams meeting with a Sr Director. The whole process happened over about 3-4 weeks and every single person was very personable and informative.
