Interview
A recruiter from the local office reached out to me on LinkedIn. Once I indicated interest, the process took exactly six weeks. It included:
-1 initial phone call with the recruiter
-2 in-person interviews with consultant managers at Slalom to gauge experience and cultural fit
-1 business case interview (presentation-style) followed by a 30 minute conversation with a practice area lead
-Reference check
Overall, I was very pleased with the process. The recruiter did a fantastic job keeping me up-to-date, setting clear expectations, and providing feedback. And, I thought all of the interviewers were well-prepared and engaged during our time together.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
