Very thorough, probably had about 4 hours of interviews total. Met with 6 different team members. Most of them were pretty nice but the 30 min interviews as part of the interview circuit felt too rushed. I was offered the job but ultimately declined because the pay is so low!!! I honestly don’t know how they can attract high quality candidates in the Seattle area with such a low salary. I know they say the culture is great but culture don’t pay the bills! You cannot afford to live in the Seattle area on what they pay especially if you have children.
