I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (San Diego, CA) in June 2021
Interview
The process consisted of 5 interviews, all of which were easygoing and conversational. The longest/most challenging was a case study, where I was given an hour to analyze the case and prep for a discussion. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and eager to address my questions about Slalom.
The process did take awhile end-to-end, but I think this was largely due to OOOs during the summer.
