I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom
Interview
The overall process was very fast and smooth!!!! It took 3 weeks from the day I applied to offer. There were 3 rounds in total:
1) Video call with HR to learn more about your interest and for you to learn about Slalom and the role. This call is basically to gauge your interest and see if you're a fit for this role.
2) 45 min technical interview: Learn about your background, work experience, see if you possess the technical skills needed.
3) Two 30 min behavioral interviews with the leaders of the team: The interviews were very casual, get to know you type of thing.
My interview experience with Slalom was hands down the best! Everyone I talked to was so friendly and very passionate about the work that they do. I'm so happy I got the offer. Looking forward to being a part of Slalom!!!!
