Up until this point very efficient, interesting, professional and pleasant. Hearing nothing back for nearly 2 weeks I contacted the recruiter. Was told I was being put on hold due to lack of current project need. Heard via networking circles that people are experiencing significant bench time. My advice to anyone contacted by a Slalom recruiter is get a very clear understanding of the role they envision hiring you for, ask outright if they have project work currently available and how soon they are looking to fill the position, etc.
