I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Austin, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
Thoughtful and somehow thorough while being enjoyable.
Everyone I met might was very knowledgeable and insightful. They were also very honest and genuine when answering questions, which in the end made it very clear that Slalom does walk their talk. See their values on their website.

Thank you for the feedback. I love that we found the right balance of thorough and enjoyable. We aim to do both. Welcome to the team.

I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom in Oct 2024
Interview
Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Slalom
Interview
Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
