Question 1
In-person interviews consisted of a case and two peer-level inteviews. Case is pretty straight forward. You have a chance to prepare some materials in whatever format you see fit. For the peer interviews, prepare some questions to show you've done your homework and are trying to ascertain a fit with Slalom.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
