Very poor candidate experience. They make you do a one way video interview instead of talking to someone. Interviews should be interactive and the process felt unnatural. There’s also no opportunity to ask questions.

After applying for the Accountant role, I received an initial interview invite two days later. They have a series of interviews and tests, which is quite long compared to most companies. She explained that they do this to candidates to test their composure and patience.
