I had to send in a resume and covering letter which was followed by multiple interview rounds with a range of senior partners, portfolio managers and analysts. Questions ranged from brain teasers to general knowledge via more specific investment-related questions. There were also discussions about economic and political issues in emerging markets, particularly in Asia. Generally each interview lasted for about one hour.
