Slower Software Engineer interview questions

Interviews stretched out over a month. They kept rescheduling at the last minute and the boss couldn't remember previous conversations nor what he previously promised for the next interview. He kept saying he would have a lead dev do the next interview but it was always just him showing up and talking. He was hostile most interviews.
