Interview
Researched company, found out phone > video > live interview process... Phone interview was unprofessional, low energy, weak questioned, and uninformed as she was unable to answer my questions about the position, software, or company.
Questions designed around receiving honest answers that most people in HR would get bad first impressions from. Ex) Besides growth why are you seeking new employment? Compensation and team environment was my transparent answer.
She said I could ask questions, back pedaled saying it's just a phone interview so don't ask anything too specific? And then not being able to answer any of my questions regarding software, the position, or company.
Come on man, you are a digital marketing agency, at least have your first line of applicant filtration be much better than this. I had high hopes for this one, as my experience and results ratio matched extemely well with the job description via software and work history.
I'm highly disappointed in this hiring process, to the point that this was my first Glassdoor review ever. Thanks 👍

Interview
I spoke with the company's CEO twice, once on the phone and once over Zoom. The interviews were very thorough in terms of technical questions and I very much enjoyed them, but the organization completely ghosted me after the Zoom session.
