      Senior Scrum Master Interview

      2 Nov 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Portland, OR
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Smarsh (Portland, OR)

      Interview

Rather standard rounds with folks from site reliability, the product team, and a few others. I couldn't gauge what they were looking for from the questions asked, nor how I did. They seemed a bit against the position (i.e. an outsider coming in and telling them how to approach development). Almost standoffish, certainly not warm. I feel like they have no idea what they are doing, who they are looking for, or a general, shared sense of direction.
