The interview process was very quick, although I did feel very rushed by the company to get in the door and meet as many people as possible in the face to face round even though I told them I only had 2 hours they kept me there for 3. Following the interview process the team extended an offer the same day but made an off putting comment about me not bringing a notebook to the interview and (even though I had one in my bag) .I explained that I wanted to seem engaged with the people whom I was meeting with since this was a sales enablement role. This was VERY off-putting. However, I did say I would consider the offer and asked for a few days to think it over. The hiring manager was very taken back that I wanted to take time to decide and made me feel uncomfortable by calling me multiple times to change his original statements about the offer letter expiring after a few days. I felt bullied throughout the interview process and even when I spoke with the manager to let him know it was not a cultural fit for me he got defensive and questioned why I interviewed in the first place. BEWARE of this company. Every single person I met with had been there less than a year's time and really couldn't tell me much about the role or the organization.
