Smartbug's hiring process is very efficient. After applying online - I was initially contacted by the CEO via email with some interview questions. After that, I was sent a request for references (which I will admit seemed a little odd so early in the process) After I had my video interview. My interviewer was a little distracted during the call (her infant child was in the room), but overall did a good job of describing the company to me. The company seems like a fun to work.
