I applied online. I interviewed at SmartRevenue (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I sent the resume and got a call within a week. The lady was extremely nice and explained what it is like to work for them. She did not ask me any questions, perhaps because my degree directly relates to the work and I was overqualified.
However, when it came to paperwork I had a hard time communicant with their HR department and they would not respond for several days, which slowed down the process. I’m still waiting to hear back from them.

Interview
The interview was over the phone. It was pleasant and informative. The person who interviewed made me feel very comfortable. All the subsequent training calls and interactions were pleasant as well. The interview was almost 10 years ago so I don't remember a lot of the details, but I do recall being relaxed and having a pleasant experience.
