Interview
A face-to-face physical interview starts with an introduction of myself, moves on to information gathering that only asks about hypothetical situations or dilemmas, and ends with Q&A that does not answer my questions. As a human resource trained, my suggestion to the interviewers is do not put too much emphasis on “cultural fit” — remember, people adapt.
Question to me were irrelevant. Interviewer had also worked for the same company as me. And it was about 20 years back, and he keeps wanting to know why I didn’t stay on. Not sure why that was important as he had left as well
