It was smooth, beginning with the recruiter call and moving forward to the call with their Head of Product. The recruiter was amazing, outlining what to be expected, including a list of likely questions I needed to prepare for, for example:
Why are you looking to leave your current company?
What do you know about Smartnumbers?
What value do you think you could bring to the team?
What are you looking for in your next role?
The call with the HoP followed this script and dug a little deeper into product thinking and expectations for the role. It was a friendly interview session that allowed me to understand the company and job better, while adequately having space to share my experience and background.
