Started with a LinkedIn ad and a chat with their internal recruiter. First interview with the MD and CIO, then an in-person meeting with the CEO and MD, and a final check & balance call on some of the elements of the role before an offer was made. Overall process took about 6-8 weeks due to management's holidays in the summer

The initial interview with Head of Sales, the CRO will usually attend as a second opinion. The final stage will be with the CEO who ultimately makes the final decision.
