I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Smashburger (Boulder, CO) in Oct 2013
Interview
I applied online after seeing they were hiring on a local school job site. I guess my timing was perfect, as I got a call the next day, and scheduled my interview for the following day. The GM interviewed me using a booklet - you're given three phrases a time, and pick your favorite. The questions are all simple - they'll ask you to give examples in most cases, so come prepared. After my interview, I asked how he liked working there, and then when I could expect to hear back from them. I was offered the job on the spot (there was already an orientation the next day), and accepted.

Question 1
I was asked to give an example of when I've had to deal with a difficult customer (this was my first job, so...).
Way too easy interview. For a reason. DO not work here. Everyone leaves within a month at most. They ask you like 5 questions then hire you because they're so desperate for people at the Medford, MA location because everyone quits.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Smashburger (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2018
Interview
Applied and then was contacted fairly quickly after. The interview process was really easy, was called in and we sat in a table towards the back of the store. Was asked pretty basic questions: what’s my personality like, how would i handle [blank] situation, and what are my hobbies outside of work. I was hired on the spot and started two weeks after the interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Smashburger (Cypress, TX) in June 2018
Interview
submit application online-fairly straightforward application, employer prints out application and resume, calls you to schedule interview time, show up dressed nice, 1 on 1 interview, the boss interviewed me, personality type questions and situational stuff- what would you do if this happened?
