Comfortable 1 stage interview process. It was a small interview with 2 bosses that I would be working closely with. They were very transparent on the job requirements and allowed me to "try" the job so as to get a better idea of the job before I decide whether to join them.

What do you think are your biggest strength and weakness?
One stage review with the hiring manager with standard questions about your skillset and what you can bring to the company. However it has been 4 weeks since the interview and they're still looking for more profiles. Like c'mon just reject me already.
