I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Smith+Nephew (Denver, CO) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview was well organized to meet my schedule with alternative times. We ended up talking for about 25 minutes out of the allotted 30. The questions were about familiarity with the product line, local territory knowledge, specific facilities and specific customers. I was asked to explain my background and experience and also salary expectations. The recruiter was knowledgeable regarding the specifics unlike another company I've talked to recently.

Interview
applies April 24th, finally heard something mid May and it was about the on-demand interview that you could do at your own pace. Did that and did not hear a single thing from them since. I would go back to the website constantly; all it would say is "in processing/screening". I checked on June 10th just to find out I was not selected to move on and still haven't heard a thing from them, I had to look for myself.

Interview
The interview process is multi-stage. Stage 1, screening with a recruiter. Stage 2, phone interview with territory manager. Stage 3, interview with the team. Stage 4, Product presentation. They leave you ghosted throughout the process to see if you can keep the connection going. It was a 90-day process from the day I submitted my resume to the day I started.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Smith+Nephew (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2024
Interview
Informative and easy going. My first round was one way video interviews which then lead to a phone interview with the talent acquisition manager. Each process gave a lot of information about the role and company as a whole.
