Smith & Wesson interview questions

Horrible. I had an HR screening over the phone and then moved on to a Teams interview with the hiring manager. He was extremely unprofessional and asked how I got into my field, adding that “there aren’t a lot of females in it.” For reference, I’m a business analytics major, why even mention my gender? He could’ve just asked how I got into the field. After that, they said they’d follow up in a week. Three weeks later, after I emailed HR, she said the hiring manager still hadn’t made his decision and that she’d get back to me in two weeks. Then I ended up getting a different position elsewhere, but I was never formally rejected by them. Don’t waste your time with this company if you actually want to hear back.
