Smith & Wollensky interview questions

Two restaurant managers ask a lot of questions for $4.40/hr job. They try to let you talk for everything about your past experiences . They want to know about your everything for around 45 mins. They try to find your weakness. Please don't go the interview. It is a waste of time. They will offer lower job than the one you apply. One thing is you are not white. You will not fit their culture.

Very painless interview process. Filled out an application online, went in for a face-face interview (about 30-45 min). Management was very kind and easy to communicate with. They just want to know what your experience is working in restaurants.
