Interview process was informal. The pharmacist asked me random questions in regards to hobbies and work preference. There were no question pertaining to my experience or how I could contribute to the company
Normal , challenging questions but if you are prepared you’ll be fine.
Only one person interviewed me , but other employees were in the room.
Smiths has a lot of employees you don’t see in the front of the store.
Looked like a clean safe working environment.

it was pretty good if you went in. the people are nice. however online they have a longer process. which oddly I denied for but later got accepted because I went in.
