I am joined with both Laura and Mateusz for my interview, and they have been very professional. Explaining what they are looking for, how SmithGroup operates and delivers a very relaxing atmosphere through out the interview process.
45 minute interview where they were going over my resume and past work experiences. I talked what I read about their projects and discussed some of my projects from my portfolio.

Why are you interested in SmithGroup over other companies?
1 hour interview, interviewed with two designers, in which we ran through my portfolio and I just answered questions about challenges and successes of my projects. Overall very relaxed environment.
