Sit down one on one, very comfortable and causal , they make it easy to be yourself which makes interviewing very easy. Its as if you were talking to a friend but with questions based on a restaurant setting of course.
Three interviews. One was over the phone other two were in person. I interviewed with all three managers at the location. Interviews were about 30 minutes long in person and phone was about five minutes

Very simple basic questions. Mostly about previous jobs and about my schedule and when I can work and what times. Very easy and just like talking face to face nothing too serious.

The interview was quick and simple. I was asked a few questions on experience and I was given a tour of the restaurant. The interview took about thirty minutes from beginning to end.
