Step one phone screen, step two is a technical screen pretty informal step three two-week unpaid trial period to also technically screen candidates. Two week unpaid training is kinda off putting but I am sticking it out while I am interviewing other places.
Thank you for the feedback. Smoothstack is an apprenticeship program that take candidates with no experience and gives them 2 weeks of free training. If the opportunity is the right fit we extend job offers. All new employees begin with paid training before being deployed as 'consultants'.
